The Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial Federation of Labor set out the emulation goal in the 2025 - 2025 period to arouse patriotism of workers, civil servants, and laborers; promote internal strength, enthusiasm in emulation in studying, working, and labor production, contributing to removing difficulties in production and business and work, pushing back negativity, creating many new high-quality, high-efficiency products, works, and models; in order to successfully implement local and individual socio-economic goals and agencies and units.
Ms. Luong Thi Thuy My - Vice President of the Trade Union of Pinetree Company Limited, representing more than 46,000 union members and employees of Ca Mau province - determined to carry out patriotic emulation work, committed that union members will strive to study and work hard to contribute to the development of the country and Ca Mau province.
Over the past 5 years, implementing the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, organizing the implementation of emulation movements launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial People's Committee, the Standing Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Federation of Labor (formerly Bac Lieu province and Ca Mau province) has developed a plan and directed trade unions at all levels to thoroughly grasp new perspectives on emulation and reward work such as: Directive of the Politburo and the Provincial Party Committee on promoting patriotic emulation movements in the new situation; Law on Emulation - Reward, Decree of the Government; directives of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Provincial People's Committee... on emulation and reward work, thereby creating unity in awareness and direction of the emulation movement.

Recognizing the results of emulation movements launched by trade unions, the Party, the State and all levels and sectors have recognized 215 scientific research topics, 42,732 initiatives and experiences, 2,615 works, products and tasks under the name of trade unions; 18 Labor Medals of all ranks; 11 titles of Meritorious Doctor; 9 Government Emulation Flags; 102 Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister; 44 Emulation Flags of the General Confederation and the Provincial People's Committee; 335 Certificates of Merit from the General Confederation and the Provincial People's Committee; 202 Emulation Flags of the Provincial Labor Federation and 6,346 Certificates of Merit from other levels and sectors for collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.
On this occasion, the Executive Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Federation of Labor awarded certificates of merit to 4 collectives and 63 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement among workers, civil servants and laborers in the period of 2020 - 2025.
