On the occasion of Tet this year, the Trade Union of Son Kim Production and Trading Joint Stock Company (export garments) organized lucky money giving twice for employees at the unit.
According to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Trang, Chairman of the Son Kim Company's Trade Union, to motivate workers at the unit, the company's Board of Directors decided to give lucky money before and after Tet holiday. Accordingly, each worker received lucky money of about 300,000 - 400,000 VND.
“On the first day back to work, our company also organized a light party for all employees. All 165 people received lucky money from the company's leadership to boost their spirits to work well in the new year,” said Mr. Trang.
Mr. Nam (employee at Son Kim Company) expressed: "At the beginning of the year, I received lucky money from the company, I was really excited. This is considered a spiritual gift to encourage me and my colleagues in the company to work well this year."
The Chairman of the Son Kim Company's Trade Union also said that at the beginning of this new year, the unit also received many orders and had enough production until the end of the second quarter of 2025.
“As a representative of the company’s workers, I am very happy and excited because the new year has come, and the company’s Board of Directors has good policies for workers. I also thank the union members and workers for their efforts in the labor emulation movement, contributing to the company’s overall success in 2024,” Mr. Trang expressed.
