- How did the company overcome difficulties in 2024? What is the company's order situation and business development plan in 2025?
Mr. Ngo Ngoc Thuan: The decline in orders in the last 6 months of 2023 has had a strong impact on the production and business situation in 2024.
And the consequence is that in 2024, our biggest difficulty will be labor policies and reduced labor turnover. I think that this is not something our company is facing, but the general situation of labor in the textile industry nationwide. The sharp decrease in labor has had a strong impact on the factory's capacity to meet customer demand.
However, with solidarity, determination and a spirit of continuous improvement, we have overcome 2024 with many outstanding successes and laid the foundation for continued development in 2025.
Regarding the business development plan for 2025, we expect to grow by over 10% compared to 2024. The order situation is relatively stable and we have received orders until September 2025. I consider 2025 to be a stable year in terms of labor and orders, and that is the basis for the company to continue to maintain growth.
