On the morning of July 31, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee organized a meeting and dialogue between provincial leaders and union members, workers, and laborers in 2026.
The conference is organized to create conditions for workers to directly express their thoughts and aspirations; reflect and propose issues related to life, employment, income as well as regimes and policies that are being concerned about.
This is also an opportunity for provincial leaders, departments, agencies, and local authorities to directly listen to, receive, and answer workers' recommendations; thereby strengthening sharing and understanding between the government, businesses and workers.
With the spirit of concern, sharing and practical care for union members and workers, especially those in difficult circumstances, at the conference, provincial leaders presented support to 100 workers working at businesses in the area.
The gifts worth 1 million VND/gift, although not of great material value, show the concern and encouragement of the provincial leaders towards the workforce, contributing to adding motivation for workers to feel secure in working, attached to businesses and strive in labor and production.
According to the conference program, representatives of union members and workers in many fields participated in dialogues, reflecting issues related to employment, income, life and social security policies, thereby proposing many recommendations for levels and sectors to consider and resolve.
Phan Thi Phuong Thao (Trade Union of Ninh Hoa Regional General Hospital) shared that the gift, although not large, is a very meaningful source of encouragement for workers.
