Intimate meal, each union member was given an additional 150,000 VND
In July 2025, the Trade Union of Cua It A Chau Technology Co., Ltd. (Khanh Binh 14 Street, Long Binh Quarter, Tan Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) organized 2 "Intimate Meals" programs for 1,000 union members and workers.
Lunch broth includes stewed food, stir-fried dishes, soup. The Trade Union also ordered roasted chicken, fried bamboo sticks, sticky rice and fruit. To have a family-friendly, cozy meal, union officials go directly to the kitchen to prepare meals for the workers. The meal took place in a cozy, open atmosphere, filled with laughter and happy stories.
Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Cua It Asia Technology Co., Ltd. - said that organizing meals with increased meals is to practically care for workers, helping them have more health at work. Seeing the significance of this activity, the Trade Union and the company organize the "Union Meal" program once a month, and in July 2025, they will organize it twice.
"The company still faces many difficulties in the general context of the world, but still cares for and looks after its employees. In particular, the union and the company focus on the health of workers through shift meals. Every month, the Trade Union organizes meals with increased portions to help workers stay healthy and strive to produce well, said Ms. Huong.
In addition to the intimate meal, on the occasion of the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Trade Union organized a gift ceremony for each union member of 150,000 VND. At the same time, the unit also sent gifts of gratitude to union officials who have accompanied the grassroots union in caring for workers. The company also awarded teams and teams that have successfully completed production tasks.
Ms. Pham Thi Hoa (43 years old, from An Giang) shared: "The meal is very delicious! Workers ate rice in a very happy and excited atmosphere. Meals like this make us feel very warm and full of affection from the union".
2,000 workers gather at the "Union Meal"
At Song Than 2 Industrial Park, Tan Long Quarter, Di An Ward, the Trade Union of Virtue King Vietnam Co., Ltd. organized the "Union Meal" program for workers. The program was attended by 2,000 workers, along with the Executive Committee of the company's Trade Union and business leaders.
The "Union Meal" includes salty dishes including: Fried ribs, fried chicken thighs, roasted pork, salted egg shrimp, and stir-fried dishes, soup, soft drinks, yogurt. Each portion is worth 60,000 VND. The meal took place in an open and friendly atmosphere between union members, union officials and employers.

Mr. Nguyen Tan Dat - Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, Head of the Area Management Working Group No. 9 - said that through the "Union Meal" program, it contributes to taking care of the quality of meals, building solidarity, attachment, and sharing between workers and employers and trade union organizations. The Area Management Working Group No. 9, together with the trade unions of communes, wards and grassroots trade unions, coordinated with enterprises to continue organizing the "Union Meal" program for workers.
