On August 11, the first meeting of the Executive Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor (DOLF) for the 2023-2028 term elected Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung - Provincial Party Committee member, former Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee - to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor for the 2023-2028 term.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung hoped that the leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF), departments and branches would continue to pay attention and support, and the Executive Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor would join hands and be determined to successfully carry out the tasks assigned by the Party, State and Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Speaking at the closing session of the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung also suggested that from now until the end of 2025, trade unions at all levels in the province continue to promote the development of union members, establish grassroots trade unions, strive to complete the targets assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in 2025; well implement the work of introducing outstanding union members for the Party to train and consider admission.
Carry out tasks to stabilize labor relations, especially at the end of the year; coordinate with departments and branches to guide businesses to notify, pay salaries, Tet bonuses and benefits to employees; promptly grasp the thoughts and resolve problems arising in labor relations.
