The Standing Deputy Secretary welcomed and assessed that Hoa Loi Group has invested more in Alivia Vietnam Shoe Company Limited in Thieu Hoa district, thereby contributing to the transfer of the labor structure and economic development of Thieu Hoa district in particular and Thanh Hoa province in general; praising and congratulating the Company's achievements in 2024.

Alivia Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. is the first foreign-invested enterprise in Thieu Hoa district. On September 15, 2024, the Thieu Hoa District Labor Federation announced the decision to establish the Alivia Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. Trade Union with 478 union members. The provisional Executive Committee consists of 9 people, Mr. Trinh Ngoc Giang was appointed as provisional Chairman.
This is the first trade union of foreign-invested enterprises and the 128th grassroots unit of the Thieu Hoa District Labor Federation. The establishment of the company's trade union is an important milestone, opening a new chapter for the task of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions in the area.
