On June 28, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation organized a conference to launch the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model at Haivina Co., Ltd. Trade Union (Gia Loc commune, Hai Phong city), period 2026 - 2030.
According to the report of the Trade Union of Haivina Co., Ltd., the grassroots Trade Union currently has 2,863 union members out of a total of 2,866 workers. Over the past time, the Trade Union has coordinated with businesses to maintain periodic dialogues, employee conferences; negotiated and signed collective labor agreements with many clauses that are more beneficial to workers such as basic wages higher than the minimum level, bonuses for the 13th month salary, attendance bonuses, travel allowances, regimes for female workers and other welfare policies.

Through self-review according to the criteria set of the City Labor Federation, the Trade Union of Haivina Co., Ltd. achieved 92/100 points, creating a foundation for deploying the "Socialist Grassroots Trade Union" model in the period 2026 - 2030.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh - Vice Chairwoman of Hai Phong City Labor Federation proposed that the Trade Union of Haivina Co., Ltd. continue to concretize the criteria of the model into programs and tasks suitable to the actual conditions of the enterprise; promote the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; promote dialogue, collective bargaining, and building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
At the conference, representatives of the Board of Directors of Haivina Co., Ltd. and the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union signed a commitment to implement the model in the period 2026 - 2030. The launching ceremony of the model was held immediately afterwards, marking the starting point in the process of implementing the criteria of the model at the grassroots Trade Union.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the Trade Union of Haivina Co., Ltd. organized policy propaganda and reproductive health care for workers, contributing to raising awareness, caring for life and protecting the rights of union members and workers.
