From that idea, the tin dipping machine, foot bending machine and conveyor belt assembly were improved by the engineering team from the idea of rudimentary mechanisms and machines working independently into a cluster of machines that operate cyclically, improving speed. speed, performance and running quality. The machine is neatly designed, suitable for the production line area, suitable for current and future factory productivity, easy to adjust when converting codes and capable of upgrading if necessary. .
Stamping machines, product transfer machines and automatic equipment moving mechanisms are newly researched based on manual operations of workers. Product inspection cameras and optical sensors are researched and installed at important locations to help control product quality, investigate error history, display images and warn when the machine has problems. Conveyors circulate equipment between stages automatically, workers do not need to leave their work positions, reducing fatigue and distraction at work.

After being applied, Mr. Hai's initiative brings high efficiency in productivity, product quality control and reduces fatigue for workers. This initiative was also approved as a machine design standard for improvement and automation projects applied to other product codes of the factory.
