Lao - Viet International Port Joint Stock Company is a foreign-invested enterprise, operating in the field of cargo handling at Vung Ang port, Vung Ang Economic Zone, Ha Tinh province, employing more than 300 workers. According to representatives of Lao - Viet International Port Joint Stock Company, in 2024, the average income of employees reached 15.21 million VND/person/month. In 2025, this figure increased to 16.99 million VND/person/month and in the first 6 months of 2026 reached 20.33 million VND/person/month.
Mr. Le Van Bao said that along with ensuring a fairly high income, the company fully and promptly pays social insurance for employees and implements many good welfare policies, which are satisfied by employees.
The company has a collective kitchen, supporting 100% of the cost of 2 meals per day and adding dessert after meals. Workers far away are arranged for collective housing with full amenities such as air conditioning, air conditioner, water filter, washing machine, dryer.
The meal allowance in 2025 was 40,000 VND/day, but from the beginning of 2026 it has increased to 50,000 VND/day. Other benefits continue to be maintained and increased, not reduced" - Mr. Bao shared.
