Participating in the training session were more than 300 trade union officials and officials in charge of propaganda work for grassroots trade unions in Ninh Binh province.
Mr. Duong Duc Khanh - Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor said that propaganda work is one of the important contents in the activities of trade unions at all levels.
Over the past time, carrying out propaganda work, trade unions at all levels in Ninh Binh province have had many innovations and creativity in propaganda and advocacy, helping union members and workers raise awareness of policies and policies. The Party's policies, the State's policies and laws, and the tasks of trade unions, contribute to the overall results of trade union activities at all levels.
At the conference, delegates listened to the leaders of the Propaganda Department of the General Confederation of Labor of Vietnam convey the content of 2 topics on innovating propaganda and advocacy work of trade unions and some skills for organizing activities at facility; Implementing Instruction No. 58/HD-TLD, dated May 10, 2022 of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on implementing Decision No. 2214/QD-TTg dated December 28, 2021 of the Prime Minister approving the Implementation Program current movement "All people unite to build cultural life" in the period 2021-2026.
Through the conference, it helps improve knowledge and professional propaganda work for trade union officials and the team of officials in charge of propaganda work for grassroots trade unions in Ninh Binh province. Thereby, gradually innovating and improving the effectiveness of propaganda work, contributing to the good implementation of the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's policies and laws and the Resolutions of Trade Union Congresses at all levels.
