On the afternoon of April 28, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Le Minh Tri visited and presented gifts to workers in Dong Nai province to celebrate the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South, national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026) and International Labor Day (May 1).
Also attending were Mr. Vo Tan Duc - Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee; Ms. Huynh Thi Hang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province, along with leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches.

At Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Thanh Phu Industrial Park, Tan Trieu Ward, Dong Nai Province), Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Le Minh Tri and leaders of Dong Nai province presented 100 gifts (each worth 2.5 million VND) to workers in difficult circumstances.
Speaking at the visit and gift giving ceremony, the Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission said that Dong Nai has a leading industrial park system in the country, in which the contribution of workers is very important.
Dong Nai has become a city that requires higher quality of workers, engineers, and managers to meet new requirements.

In Dong Nai's upcoming development journey, the worker force is definitely a pioneer force in labor, production, innovation, contributing to improving the local competitiveness. Along with this, the locality and businesses need to take care of the material and spiritual life, protect the legitimate and lawful rights of union members and workers; build an increasingly strong working class in both quality and quantity.
Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Le Minh Tri requested Dong Nai and businesses to continue to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws on labor, employment, and social security; ensure fair access to basic social services. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to comprehensively caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers, especially migrant workers in difficult circumstances.

In addition, it is necessary to build an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, in a professional and modern direction; strongly innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the capacity to represent, dialogue, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers, truly being a solid spiritual support for workers.


Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Le Minh Tri emphasized that Dong Nai needs to link the development strategy of Dong Nai city with building a modern and high-quality worker force; promote vocational training, improve professional skills, digital skills, technology adaptability, industrial style and labor discipline, meeting the requirements of the high-tech and digital industry.
The issue that workers are most concerned about and is also the responsibility of the locality is to focus on solving the urgent needs of workers in social housing, kindergartens, schools, healthcare, and cultural institutions.
It is necessary to harmonize labor relations, promote the responsibility of businesses, and create a foundation for Dong Nai city to develop quickly and sustainably.
