In the afternoon of April 28, General Luong Tam Quang - Member of the Politburo, Minister of Public Security - and the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Hung Yen province met with voters after the First Session of the 16th National Assembly in Hung Yen province.
Also participating in the voter meeting were Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia - Member of the Party Central Committee, State Auditor General, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hung Yen province; leaders of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.
At the conference, representatives of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation informed voters about the results of the First Session of the 16th National Assembly with many contents that are fundamental for the entire term, showing the spirit of innovation, removing bottlenecks, and unlocking resources.

Voters expressed their agreement and at the same time proposed many issues related to high prices of essential goods; proposed flexible price management, tax and fee reduction for gasoline and oil, strengthening market stabilization, and supporting businesses and agricultural cooperatives.
Voters are also interested in the impact of artificial intelligence in education, proposing to issue guidelines on the use of AI in schools, innovate testing methods, build a healthy digital learning ecosystem, and at the same time pay attention to mental health education and online behavior culture.

Regarding food safety, voters proposed strictly handling unsafe food, especially in collective kitchens and street food. In addition, rural environmental issues, waste treatment, and relocation of polluting facilities are also recommended to have synchronous and long-term solutions.
Speaking at the conference, Minister Luong Tam Quang further informed about the implementation of the Party's guidelines, the State's laws and the results of the First Session of the 16th National Assembly. The Minister emphasized that since the 14th Party Congress, the spirit of action has spread strongly; the two-level local government model operates smoothly, promoting the responsibility of the entire political system, and mobilizing the participation of the people.
The Minister affirmed that the implementation of policies and guidelines all take the people as the center, not letting people lose development opportunities, focusing on removing difficulties, clearing bottlenecks, towards the goal of improving people's lives. In the context of many challenges, economic growth in the first quarter of 2026 reached 7.83%, of which Hung Yen reached 10.43%, belonging to the group of high-growth localities.

Regarding security and order, the Minister said that social order crime decreased by 13.71%; the police force focused on fighting food of unknown origin and environmental violations. Minister Luong Tam Quang affirmed that in the coming time, the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies of Hung Yen province will uphold responsibility and determination to implement the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, ensuring the implementation of the Laws and Resolutions that the National Assembly has passed with the spirit of saying less, doing more, doing it to the end, doing it for the people, and the results must be substantive.
Minister Luong Tam Quang wished voters to strengthen supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of the activities of National Assembly deputies and state agencies, and promptly propose issues to help improve the effectiveness of the work of National Assembly deputies and state agencies, contributing to perfecting institutions, policies, laws and building the country.
On this occasion, Minister Luong Tam Quang presented 50 computers to communes and wards, 50 gifts to poor households; Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia presented support of 200 million VND to the Provincial Fund for the Poor. The Minister also visited and presented gifts to wounded soldiers' families in Pho Hien ward.
