On January 25, Task Force No. 5 for local management, Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation (LDLD) said that thousands of workers enthusiastically participated and experienced activities in the "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" program organized by the unit in coordination with the grassroots Trade Union (CDCS) Uy Viet Footwear Production Co., Ltd. in Dong Xuyen Industrial Park (Rach Dua ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
The program includes many attractive activities such as: free food booths for workers; lion dance activities, exchanges, cultural activities... and lucky draws, with valuable gifts such as motorbikes, TVs, ovens...
At the end of the shift, thousands of workers came to food stalls to experience delicious and attractive dishes. Previously, workers had been issued vouchers to use cuisine with many delicious dishes.
After the culinary activity, a large number of workers continued to participate in other attractive activities. For example, excitedly cheering for attractive art performances performed by their own colleagues; happily congratulating the lucky workers who won valuable prizes in the draw performed by the workers themselves.

According to Uy Viet Footwear Trade Union, through the program, it has created a playground and joy for workers at the end of the year. Although the program is organized annually, workers are very excited and looking forward to participating in the program. In addition, the Board of Directors of the enterprise also greatly supports and creates conditions for organizing events.
On this occasion, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation also organized the presentation of 100 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to workers in difficult circumstances. The grassroots trade union also has practical gifts to support union members and workers during Tet.
Through the gifts presented during Tet Sum vay, it has shown the profound humanistic message of the Trade Union organization, which is that no worker has to be left behind. And I hope that union members and workers will promote the spirit of responsibility, discipline, and skills, continue to be attached and accompany businesses to rise up on the road ahead," said Mr. Le Van Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation.
