On the afternoon of January 24, Leader Garment Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) organized the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party 2026" at Hoa Phu Industrial Park (Vinh Long province). The program attracted a large number of workers and laborers to participate, creating a warm and connected atmosphere in the days leading up to the Lunar New Year.
According to the Organizing Committee, the total budget for Tet care for workers this year is more than 1.5 billion VND, including Tet gifts, cultural activities, spiritual life care and lucky draw programs. The lucky draw alone has a total prize value of more than 600 million VND, with many practical gifts, creating a vibrant highlight at the festival.

Sharing at the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan, a garment worker, said that in the last days of the year, living expenses increase, so being cared for thoughtfully by businesses and the Trade Union helps workers feel more secure. “Not only Tet gifts, the program is also very fun, creating a feeling of being cared for and attached to the company,” Ms. Lan said.
According to Mr. Ho Minh Sang - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Leader Garment Co., Ltd. (Vietnam), Tet care for workers is a key task that the Trade Union coordinates to implement annually. The Trade Union has proactively advised the Board of Directors to build appropriate activities, ensuring that workers all celebrate Tet in a joyful and warm atmosphere, without leaving anyone behind.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Deng Mei Ying - General Workshop Manager of Leader Garment Co., Ltd. (Vietnam) said that although the enterprise was heavily affected by the global tariff situation last year, the company still strives to maintain job stability for workers. Salaries are paid higher than the regional minimum wage level II, and the company also implements the 13th month's salary bonus higher than one month's salary, an increase compared to the previous year.

In addition to salary policies, businesses continue to improve welfare through increased meals, Tet gifts and maintain the annual "Tet Sum vay" program. According to Ms. Deng Mei Ying, close companionship between businesses and trade unions is the foundation for workers to feel secure in working, sticking together for a long time and developing sustainably with businesses.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, company leaders and grassroots trade unions sent New Year wishes for peace, health, and happiness to all officials, employees and families.
