The program is implemented according to the motto "practical - effective - economical - safe", focusing resources on caring for union members, workers, and laborers, especially those in difficult circumstances, affected by employment and income.
In addition to the activity of giving gifts to workers, the program also contributes to creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, tightening the spirit of solidarity and bond between workers and businesses, and between trade union organizations and union members and workers during the traditional Tet holiday of the nation.
According to the plan, key activities include: giving Tet gifts, supporting and giving bus tickets to union members and workers to return to their hometowns for Tet; organizing the "Benefits for Trade Union members" Program, coordinating with businesses providing goods and services with preferential treatment, especially essential goods serving Tet; organizing cultural, artistic, sports and exchange activities between employers, trade union officials and workers; and at the same time commending and recognizing typical businesses in caring for workers.

The program also integrates prize-winning activities such as lucky draws and prize-winning quizzes, contributing to creating a warm and meaningful atmosphere for workers in the days leading up to Tet.
Accordingly, the Provincial Labor Federation will organize the program at Dong Mai Industrial Park on February 4, 2026, with about 700 workers participating; and at Hai Ha Seaport Industrial Park on January 30, 2026, with about 700 workers.
The organizing locations are selected to suit the living and working conditions of workers, ensuring convenience for participating in the program.
To implement the program effectively, the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation has established an Organizing Committee, clearly assigning responsibilities to each member; and at the same time requesting local trade unions and grassroots trade unions to proactively coordinate with the government and businesses, mobilize social resources to better care for union members and workers.
