On January 29, at Hoa Da Station (Tuy An Nam commune, Dak Lak province), the Vietnam Railway Trade Union coordinated with Vietnam Railways Corporation, Phu Khanh Railway Exploitation Branch and related units to organize the pilot program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" in Hoa Da station area in 2026.

At the program, Mr. Ha Trong Thang - Chairman of the Vietnam Railway Trade Union, along with representatives of the leaders of Vietnam Railways Corporation, visited, wished Tet, gave gifts and together with nearly 80 officials, union members, and workers of Hoa Da station participated in a cozy "year-end meal".
Mr. Huynh Truong Giang - Head of Hoa Da Station said that the characteristic of workers here is working in shifts, on Tet duty with high responsibility, in working conditions that are still difficult.
In parallel with the task of ensuring train safety, the work of caring for the lives of officials and employees is always put first by the units.

In the past year, units in the station area have fully and promptly implemented the regime of salaries, bonuses and overtime support during Tet peak periods. Employment of workers has been maintained stably, and basic income has been ensured.
During the historic flood in November 2025, many union members in Hoa Da station area suffered heavy property damage. However, workers still made efforts to overcome difficulties and ensure train safety. Units promptly visited and supported from 3–4 million VND/case for those affected.

According to Mr. Le Quang Vinh - Director of Phu Khanh Railway Exploitation Branch, this year's "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" program has special significance.
The program organized at Hoa Da station has brought joy and timely encouragement to railway workers who are day and night sticking to the line, keeping traffic flowing smoothly.

In 2025, railway workers must both overcome the consequences of natural disasters and face competitive pressure, innovation and job security.
However, with bravery and a sense of responsibility, the collective of workers has contributed to bringing the railway industry to recovery, achieving two-digit business growth.
This is also a premise for each worker in Hoa Da station in particular and each union member and railway worker to step in to serve in the best and safest way during the peak season of spring train operations of Binh Ngo Tet 2026.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Ha Trong Thang - Chairman of the Vietnam Railway Trade Union affirmed that caring for union members and workers during the Lunar New Year is one of the key tasks of the industry.
The program not only provides material support but is also a gratitude and spiritual encouragement to those who directly perform tasks on New Year's Eve, Tet and workers in difficult circumstances.
