On September 15, the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor (VFF) held a conference to announce the decision to establish the grassroots trade union of Dream Vinh Long Company Limited.
According to Decision No. 146/QD-LDLD dated September 10, the Trade Union of Dream Vinh Long Company Limited was officially recognized with 500 union members.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union consists of 7 members, of which Ms. Ho Thi Truc Ly - general staff holds the position of Chairwoman, Ms. Tu Thi Tuyet Hoa - personnel staff holds the position of Vice Chairwoman. At the same time, the Inspection Committee was established with 3 members, Chaired by Ms. Tu Thi Tuyet Hoa
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized that the establishment of a grassroots trade union at Dream Vinh Long Company Limited contributes to expanding the trade union organization in the non-state enterprise sector, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and caring for the material and spiritual life of workers.
"The Provincial Federation of Labor is committed to accompanying and supporting the grassroots trade union to soon stabilize, promote its role as a reliable support for workers, and at the same time accompany businesses for sustainable development," Mr. Linh added.
