At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Quoc Doanh - Chairman of the Nam Truc District Labor Federation - presented the decision to establish a grassroots trade union; the decision to recognize union members.
The Chairman of the Nam Truc District Labor Federation requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to soon stabilize the organization, do a good job of propaganda and mobilization of workers to well implement the Party's policies and the State's laws and policies. Organize cultural, artistic, and sports activities well to improve the spiritual life of employees.
At the same time, build a strong grassroots trade union so that the trade union is truly an organization representing employees, a bridge between employees and enterprises, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees.
