Circular 95/2024/TT-BQP guides the implementation of the bonus regime for subjects receiving salaries from the state budget under the management of the Ministry of National Defense.
Clause 3, Article 8 of the Circular stipulates as follows:
Amend Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular No. 198/2016/TT-BQP dated November 30, 2016 of the Minister of National Defense regulating the arrangement of use; assessment and classification of professional soldiers, workers and defense officials in the standing force of the People's Army, amended and supplemented in Circular No. 144/2018/TT-BQP dated September 26, 2018 as follows:
"1. The time of assessment and classification is implemented in November every year (from November 1, the previous year to October 31 of the assessment and classification year). In case of job transfer, the receiving agency, organization or unit is responsible for evaluating and classifying on the basis of combining the comments of the agency, organization or unit before transferring the work. In case of reducing the number of soldiers going outside the Army, the assessment and classification time will be carried out in the previous month of the month and the assessment and classification time will be until the end of that month; in 2024 alone, in cases where the number of soldiers going outside the Army has been reduced after July 31, 2024 but have not been assessed and classified, additional assessment and classification will be carried out in November 2024".
Thus, according to the above regulations, the time for evaluating professional military classification in 2025 will be in November 2025 (from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025).
