To prepare for the special Korean exam in 2025, the Overseas Labor Center (Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs) announced the exam organization plan and the list of workers eligible to register ( Link to announce: https://colab.gov.vn/tin-tuc/4146/Thong-bao-ke-hoach-to-chuc-ky-ky-kiem-tra-tieng- Han-dac-biet-tren-may-tinh-cho-nguoi-lao-dong-lam-viec-tai-Han-Quoc-theo-chuong-trinh-EPS-veoc- North- North- North-nam-aspx-2025.
At the request of HRD Korea, some employees in the following cases must submit documents to verify information before registering for the HRD to coordinate inspection, specifically:
- Employees register to add points, exempt from exam fees
- Employees whose names are not on the list of registered candidates for the exam for reasons such as: extending their residence during the COVID-19 pandemic (not considered to be more than 5 years of residence); buying air tickets to return home without registering for procedures, leading to no information in the Korean system.
The verification documents include:
- For employees not on the list of registration for the exam: Exit extension certificate (last time), Certificate of return plan, passport stamped with entry stamp (may add additional foreign identity documents)
- For employees who register for additional points, exempt from exam fees: TOPIK level 3 degree, vocational training course certificate issued by HRD.
Workers take photos of the above documents and register to submit verification documents to email: colab.thitienghandacbiet@gmail.com. The content of the email requires information:
+ Phone number;
+ Personal information of the employee;
+ Issues that need to be handled.
The deadline for receiving information is 5:00 p.m. on February 25, 2025, after the above deadline, there will be no processing for cases not listed in the list of contestants, proposed to add exam scores, and exempted from exam fees.
This is just a step to verify initial information before taking the exam for workers who need to verify information, register for the exam, complete documents, and pay the exam costs required by workers to still follow the process announced by the Center. The online registration portal opens from 08:00 on March 10, 2025 to 17:00 on March 12, 2025 at the website: www.colab.gov.vn.
