During the past 95 years, the Vietnam Trade Union has matured in all aspects, making great contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation. The union has done a good job of representing, caring for, and protecting the legal and legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; Participate in State management, socio-economic management; Participate in checking, inspecting and supervising activities of State agencies, organizations, units and enterprises on issues related to the rights and obligations of workers; propagate and mobilize workers to study, improve their qualifications and professional skills, comply with the law, build and protect the Fatherland. During each revolutionary period, the Trade Union helped the Party gather, mobilize, and educate cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers, building an increasingly modern and strong working class. Trade unions are truly a solid socio-political base of the Party and State, a bridge between the Party and the working masses.
In 2024, we will celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, the first year of implementing the resolutions of trade union congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Unions, term 2023-2028. Trade unions at all levels are focusing on bringing the resolution to life with many innovative, creative and effective activities, models and methods, bringing practical benefits to union members and workers. I am happy to see that in all localities, trade union activities are taking place enthusiastically and practically to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union and have attracted the participation of a large number of union members. , workers.
