The conference is an important forum to promote the right to mastery of workers, strengthen dialogue, build harmonious, stable and developed labor relations in hospitals.
Attending and directing the conference, on the side of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union were Ms. Au Thi Dinh - Vice President of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union; Mr. Le Hong Phong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union and leaders of professional departments under the Vietnam Construction Trade Union.
On the side of the Transport Hospital, there were Dr. Bui Sy Tuan Anh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Hospital; Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Hospital; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Duc Ngoc - Deputy Director of the Hospital; BSCKII. Bui Hong Giang - Deputy Director of the Hospital; BSCKII. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Chairman of the Hospital Trade Union and leaders of departments, rooms, centers, Trade Union Executive Committee, Youth Union and 156 delegates representing workers from trade union groups throughout the Hospital.
At the Conference, delegates listened to reports on the results of trade union activities and the movement of workers, civil servants and laborers in 2025, the first 6 months of 2026; reports on the implementation of regimes and policies for workers; reports on the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulations, summaries of comments on the draft internal labor regulations for 2026; reports on the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement; reports on the operating results of the People's Inspection Board; the 2025 financial disclosure report of the Hospital and many other important contents related to the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
One of the key contents of the Conference is direct dialogue activities between employers and employees.
Based on summarizing 33 questions and recommendations from departments, rooms, centers and trade union groups, the Presidium directly exchanged, answered, and clarified the contents under its authority. For issues that need to be further researched, considered or implemented in the coming time, the Presidium seriously received and assigned functional units to coordinate in resolving and responding to employees according to regulations.
The Conference also elected the People's Inspection Committee for the term 2026 – 2028, announced the election results; praised and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025.
Speaking to direct at the Conference, leaders of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the collective of officials, employees and workers of the hospital in overcoming difficulties, completing professional tasks well, and at the same time requested the hospital to continue to innovate operations, improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, and better care for the material and spiritual life of workers.
With the spirit of democracy, responsibility and solidarity, the Conference unanimously approved the Resolution of the 2026 Workers' Conference, identifying key tasks including: continuing to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment; promoting digital transformation and administrative reform; developing key specialized techniques; ensuring jobs, income and legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; building a professional, civilized, united and sustainable working environment.
The success of the 2026 Workers' Delegation Conference continues to affirm the role of the Trade Union organization in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and at the same time create motivation for all officials, employees and workers of the Transport Hospital to unite and be determined to successfully complete the assigned tasks in 2026 and the following years.
