    Ms. Bui Thi Thuy Ngan, commonly known as Bui Thi Dung, formerly an office worker of Lao Dong Newspaper, passed away at 12:40 pm on August 16, 2026 (ie, July 4, Binh Ngo year), at the age of 71.

    The funeral ceremony will be held at 2:00 PM on August 17, 2026 (ie July 5, Binh Ngo year) at the address: Quynh Luong village, Quynh Phu commune, Hung Yen province (Tan Thai village, Quynh Hong, Quynh Phu, former Thai Binh).

    The memorial service and funeral procession will be held at: 7:00 AM on August 18, 2026 (ie July 6, Binh Ngo year.
