    Mr. Phan Quang, born in 1929 (father of comrade Phan Thu Thuy, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Lao Dong Newspaper - Standing Deputy Director of the Golden Heart Fund of Lao Dong Newspaper) passed away at 0:05 on September 12, 2026 (the 2nd day of the 8th lunar month of Binh Ngo), at the age of 98.

    The funeral service will be held at the Ministry of National Defense Funeral Home No. 5 Tran Thanh Tong - Hanoi from 10:30 AM.

    The memorial service and funeral procession will be held at 11:30 am (the 4th day of the 8th month of the Binh Ngo year).

    The Party Committee, Editorial Board, Trade Union Executive Committee and all officials and reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper would like to express our condolences to the family of comrade Phan Thu Thuy.
