The program was attended by Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Hai - Deputy Director of Hanoi National University (VNU); Comrade Nguyen Thi Thao - President of the VNU-UghN Trade Union; Comrades of the Executive Committee of the VNU-UghN Trade Union; President of the affiliated grassroots Trade Union, along with outstanding female cadres and female union members in 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Vice President of VNU Nguyen Hoang Hai highly appreciated the activities of women's work in particular, the activities of the VNU Trade Union in general and commended 54 outstanding female workers in 2025. With more than 3,000 female union members and workers (accounting for 57% of the total number of union members) present in all areas of work, from management, to teaching and teaching services, female civil servants and workers of VNUQHHN are constantly promoting their capacity and creativity in all fields, actively contributing to the overall development of VNUQHHN, the Capital and the country.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Thao - President of the Vietnam National University Trade Union - affirmed that the trade union organization always accompanies and strives to build a team of female employees to become high-quality human resources, comprehensively developing both their intelligence, physical strength and spirit; training and striving to become female employees "Good at public work - Good at housework".
The Chairman of the Vietnam Women's Union also acknowledged and highly appreciated the activities of the Women's Union for actively and proactively organizing and effectively organizing women's activities, contributing significantly to connecting and spreading the beautiful image of female VNU-UghN staff.
At the conference, the VNU-UghN Trade Union awarded 54 outstanding female civil servants and workers and honored 10 good father/mother/good child couples.
The conference created connections and spread the beautiful image of female civil servants and employees of the National Assembly, contributing to motivating female civil servants and employees to continue to rise up and affirm themselves to excellently complete assigned tasks, building happy families.
