Labor export, high-income job opportunities
Workers in Ninh Binh province have participated in the Korean labor market since 2005. Up to now, there are thousands of workers who have been working for a limited time in Korea, including many workers exported under EPS program.
In the first 6 months of 2024 alone, the entire Ninh Binh province sent over 1,000 workers to export, including over 500 workers participating in the Korean market.
Mr. La Thanh Tung - Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center - said: The EPS program is always one of the effective labor export channels of Ninh Binh province. The reason workers are interested in this program is because of low costs, great recruitment opportunities, and high income from 40-60 million VND/person/month. In particular, when participating in the EPS program, workers are protected and enjoy the same benefits as Korean workers.
However, to participate in this program, workers must pass a Korean language proficiency test organized by Korea in collaboration with Vietnam. After passing the 2 rounds of the exam, workers will undergo a health examination and prepare an application to introduce to Korean employers. The Korean employer chooses to sign a contract, and the new employee goes through the procedures to work in Korea. In recent years, the Provincial Employment Service Center has actively propagated and disseminated information, creating favorable conditions for workers in the province to access job opportunities from the EPS program.
Not only does it exploit traditional markets well, in some new markets in Europe such as Germany, Bulgaria, Romania... there are also many job opportunities for Vietnamese workers in general and workers in Ninh Binh province in particular. Units operating in the field of labor export have also quickly approached and sought opportunities from these markets.
“Some markets have a need to recruit new occupational groups that Vietnam in general, and Ninh Binh province in particular, have the ability to respond well and are in demand, such as nursing, nursing, and the agricultural sector. , aquaculture, skilled and highly technical workers, creating many job opportunities for workers when choosing to work abroad..." - Mr. Tung said.
