According to Qualcomm, the new processor is 20% more powerful than the previous generation, while the processor increased performance by 23% but saved more than 20% of the power.

Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 is powered by Qualcomm X85 modem, allowing download speeds of 12.5 Gbps and up to 3.7 Gbps, up nearly 25% from the previous generation. In addition, the new processor also supports the FastConnect 7900 platform, providing Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 and UWB connectivity for compatible devices.
According to Qualcomm, these technologies not only improve connection speed and stability but also optimize energy consumption, contributing to long battery life.
