On the morning of December 18, the Hue Monuments Conservation Center, Comicola Company and Phygital Labs, officially launched the experience area, introducing the project "The Archaeological Capital" at the Ruong House Space in the Interior Palace area - Hue Imperial City.
The event marks an important step forward in the work of preserving and promoting the value of Hue's cultural heritage in particular and Vietnam's heritage in general. This is a pioneering project in combining technology and heritage, opening a model of exploiting heritage copyright to develop the cultural industry, attracting the attention of young people and the community who love history and culture.
“The Archaeological Capital” is a unique collectible toy project, combining the cultural heritage of the Ancient Capital of Hue, the "blind box art toy" trend and the Nomion identification technology solution with a pioneering NFC chip (near field communication) in the field of Digital Physics.
The project was inspired by the four treasures of the ancient capital of Hue, including: Dai Hong Chung of Thien Mu Pagoda, cast by Lord Nguyen Phuc Chu in 1710 - symbolizing faith; Khau Ha (1 of the Nine Divine Cannons) ordered by King Gia Long in 1803 - symbolizing strength; Cao Dinh (1 of the Nine Urns) ordered by King Minh Mang in 1835 - symbolizing knowledge; The throne of the Nguyen Dynasty (1 of the 3 still preserved and conserved in Hue) - symbolizing power.
The project not only brings an interesting collecting experience but also arouses the love and pride of national history in the young generation. With each product, toy collectors can explore the historical story through a surprising and vivid "archaeological" journey when gently holding the smartphone to the toy.
Mr. Hoang Viet Trung - Director of Hue Monuments Conservation Center emphasized that the project has been successful in turning historical artifacts into modern, accessible cultural products.
This is not just a simple business project but also carries the mission of educating history and cultural values. Through each product, viewers, students and visitors are exposed to historical stories and traditional cultural values in a vivid and easy-to-understand way.
“The project “The Archaeological Capital” is the clearest and most effective demonstration of the connection and cooperation between units in developing the digital economy and cultural industry that can create great values for society,” said Mr. Trung.
