One content emphasized at the conference was the responsibility of influencers to the rapid development of artificial intelligence, Deepfake and forms of cyberspace fraud.
Delegates discussed the "Win-Win-Win" advertising formula, aiming for harmonious benefits between content creators, businesses and consumers. And emphasized the rejection of exaggerated, unverified advertising content that may harm consumers.
Speaking at the club launch ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Dinh Thuan Hai - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, Chairman of the Club - said that with a phone, each person can access, create and spread information to thousands and millions of people. The greater the strength, the greater the responsibility.

According to Mr. Hai, accurate information can help people prevent fraud, while false information, fake images or irresponsible content can cause serious consequences.
In the context of AI, Deepfake makes the boundary between real and fake increasingly difficult to recognize, trust becomes an important factor in cyberspace.
Khanh Hoa Digital Belief Club is built on the principle of open, streamlined cooperation, emphasizing substantive contributions. The club does not establish funds, does not collect membership fees or maintain members. Socialized resources are mobilized voluntarily, legally, transparently and associated with each specific activity.
The Club focuses on shaping and spreading digital trust standards; training skills and standards of conduct for influential people; verifying fake news; propagating warnings, protecting vulnerable groups and honoring initiatives to build a safe, transparent, and humane digital environment.
The Club also aims to coordinate in identifying fraud, Deepfake, fake news, protecting personal data and safety for children and teenagers.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Khanh Van - representative of the Secretariat of the Digital Belief Alliance shared that the influence of KOLs is impacting many daily choices of consumers.
According to Ms. Van, being known does not mean being trusted. Trust is only built with time, integrity and responsible choices.
