According to the conclusion, the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee acknowledged that discipline and administrative order are regular requirements.
Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial People's Committee has established 2 inspection teams, conducting inspections at 44 agencies, units, and localities, including 16 surprise inspections.
Through monitoring, the work of advising and complying with discipline and administrative order has had positive changes but not uniformly.
Some advisory documents have not ensured quality; there is still a situation of attending meetings at the wrong time, with the wrong composition, and the person appointed to attend the meeting instead does not fully grasp the content and requirements of the meeting.
To ensure the quality of advice, strengthen discipline and administrative discipline, the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested the Office of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and localities to self-inspect and rectify the observance of discipline and discipline at units.
At the same time, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee must strictly inspect the dossiers submitted to the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. In case the submitted dossiers are not in accordance with regulations or do not have sufficient content, the presiding agency is requested to continue to advise and complete them.
Departments, branches, and localities are required to carry out accurate, objective, and focused reporting. The information provider must be responsible for the information it provides.
Also according to the conclusion of the meeting, the Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assessed that in the first 7 months of 2026, socio-economic development continued to improve positively.
Tourism welcomed 15.1 million visitors, including 5.5 million international visitors, an increase of 67.2%. Tourism revenue reached over 52,000 billion VND, an increase of 21.5%. Budget revenue reached 32,326 billion VND, equal to 85.9% of the estimate. Disbursement of public investment reached over 50%.
The removal of backlog and obstacle projects and support for the private economic sector are being promoted.
However, some key sectors are still growing slowly; budget revenue depends heavily on land; site clearance continues to be a bottleneck for disbursement and infrastructure development.
To complete the 2026 growth target of 10.2%, of which the third quarter growth must reach 10.62%, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested each department and sector to develop detailed plans, propose feasible and practical growth promotion solutions; and at the same time make more efforts, responsibility and determination in organizing implementation.
