OpenAI launches Grove consulting program for AI entrepreneurs

OpenAI launched the Grove consulting program to support young AI entrepreneurs, providing opportunities to test new tools and approach leading technical experts.

OpenAI has recently officially introduced a new consulting program called OpenAI Grove, aimed at young entrepreneurs looking for opportunities to build applications with the support of artificial intelligence (AI).

This is considered a next step after the Pioneer Program that the company launched in April, to promote the global AI startup ecosystem.

According to OpenAI, Grove will extend for five weeks, providing in-depth documentation and a series of activities such as weekly working hours, in-person seminars and consultations from technical experts.

In particular, participants have the opportunity to access and test OpenAI's new AI tools and models before they are widely announced.

In addition, they also receive technical support, experience sharing from the community as well as advice on capital mobilization or choosing appropriate development orientation.

Grove's first course is scheduled to take place from October 20 to November 21 with about 15 students. The deadline for submitting applications is September 24. Outstanding individuals after the program can continue to work internally with OpenAI, a company currently valued at nearly $500 billion.

In parallel with OpenAI, other technology giants are also accelerating in the race to support AI startups. Google has been implementing the Startups Cloud AI Accelerator program since last year, while Microsoft launched the Microsoft for Startups initiative to cooperate with PearlX since April.

These programs all aim to provide resources, tools and a network of connections for young businesses.

Analysts believe that the birth of Grove is part of a strong investment trend in AI. JP Morgan's report shows that by 2025, AI companies will account for 50% of total US venture capital, up significantly from 45% last year.

This reflects growing confidence in the role of AI in shaping the future economy.

With Grove, OpenAI not only focuses on technological innovation, but also hopes to pave the way for the younger generation of entrepreneurs to turn ideas into products, thereby contributing to promoting the sustainable development of the AI industry.
