Carrot and orange smoothie
Ingredients: 1 carrot (small grain), juice from 1 orange, 1 tablespoon collagen powder, 1 cup water.
Method: Use a blender to puree orange juice, water and carrots. Then add collagen powder and blend until smooth. It should be served cold.
Berry and tangerine smoothies
Ingredients: 1 cup mixed berries such as raspberries, strawberries and blueberries, 1 orange, 1 tablespoon collagen powder, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1/2 cup water or coconut water.
Method: Blend the oranges, mix the berries, chia seeds and water. Add a spoonful of collagen powder and mix for a few seconds until smooth.
Mango and pineapple smoothies
Ingredients: 1 cup mango (small), 1/2 cup pineapple (small cut), 1 tablespoon collagen powder, 1/2 cup coconut water.
Method: Use a blender to puree pineapple, mango and coconut water. Add collagen powder and mix until smooth.
Blueberry and coconut smoothie
Ingredients: 1 cup blueberries, 1 tablespoon collagen powder, 1 cup coconut water, 1 tablespoon flaxseed.
Method: Mix blueberries, coconut water and flaxseeds. Mix until smooth after adding a spoonful of collagen powder. Should be used when smoothiing cold.
