The first thing to pay attention to is not to eat too much chicken for a long time. Although chicken contains less fat than red meat, if consumed in large quantities, especially the chicken skin, the body is still at risk of absorbing more cholesterol and saturated fat. This can easily lead to weight gain, high blood fat or increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. For people who are on diet or controlling weight, the skinless chicken breast should be prioritized to limit the amount of fat intake into the body.

Chicken processing also greatly affects nutritional value. Fatty fried dishes such as fried chicken and crispy fried chicken often contain very high calories and easily cause nutritional imbalance if eaten regularly.

Who should not eat too much chicken
