In 2022, Dana Logistics Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the Dana Logistics Factory for Rent project on an area of 44,987 m2, with a total investment of 250 billion VND. The project was granted an investment registration certificate by the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks on June 16, 2022.
The project is divided into 2 investment phases: Phase 1: built on an area of 33,207m2, the project is designed according to modern standards, office system, factory, internal road and technical infrastructure system with full equipment, providing services for partners renting business in the field of e-commerce; Storage and packaging of goods.
The project is invested with automatic fire extinguishing system, surveillance camera system and professional industrial electricity and lighting system to meet the needs of the tenants. Phase 2 will be invested in construction on an area of 11,750m2 including warehouse area and auxiliary items, internal roads to serve the needs of goods storage and packaging of businesses.
According to the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones, this project is expected to contribute to the effective implementation of the development orientation of Da Nang's logistics industry, contributing to economic growth and aiming to form a logistics supply chain in the Central region with the central role of Da Nang City.
