The total net worth of the 5 richest billionaires in Thailand increased by about 800 million USD compared to July 29, reaching 61.1 billion USD according to the latest Forbes update.

According to Forbes real-time data, updated at 6:30 AM on August 4, 2026 (Vietnam time), Thailand's 5 richest billionaires currently own total assets of about 61.1 billion USD.

Compared to the 60.3 billion USD recorded at 10:00 AM on July 29, the group's total assets increased by about 800 million USD, equivalent to more than 1.3%.

The ranking of the 5 richest people in Thailand remained unchanged. In which, the assets of the top three all increased compared to the previous update, while the two billionaires behind remained unchanged if calculated according to Forbes' data rounded to a decimal point.

However, considering the fluctuations in the latest update alone, the group's total assets decreased by about 151 million USD. The two billionaires recorded an increase in assets during the day, while the other three decreased.

Sarath Ratanavadi

Billionaire Sarath Ratanavadi continues to hold the position of the richest person in Thailand with assets of 18.2 billion USD. Forbes currently ranks him at 144th in the list of the richest people in the world.

Compared to 17.7 billion USD on July 29, Sarath Ratanavadi's assets have increased by about 500 million USD. His global ranking has also improved by 8 places, from 152nd to 144th.
