Ho Chi Minh City - Religious establishments in Binh Thanh ward are implementing many practical projects, promoting the spirit of "living a good life, a beautiful religion".

In the atmosphere of exciting emulation to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Saigon - Gia Dinh City officially honored to be named after President Ho Chi Minh (July 2, 1976 - July 2, 2026), religious establishments in Binh Thanh ward simultaneously deployed many meaningful and practical projects and tasks, expressing the spirit of "living a good life, a beautiful religion", accompanying the government and people to build a sustainable local development.

With the motto "Dao Phap - Dan Toc - Socialism", Buddhist and religious establishments in the area have become bright spots in social security activities, environmental protection, cultural life building and consolidating the great national unity bloc.

Prominent in the series of welcoming activities is the launch of the "Green Religious Facility" model, implemented by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Binh Thanh ward in coordination with religious establishments. The model aims to build places of worship into green - clean - beautiful - environmentally friendly spaces, actively participating in environmental protection, responding to climate change, implementing waste sorting at source, reducing plastic waste, taking care of green trees and responding to the "City of Colorful Flowers" movement.

At the launching ceremony of the model at Phuoc Buu Pagoda and Ngoc Chanh Retreat, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward coordinated to donate 100 green trees to households, Buddhists and representatives of religious establishments, spreading the message that each person, each family contributes a green space to the community.

At the same time, many religious establishments in the area also simultaneously built and launched the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space "Binh Thanh - Following His Footsteps", contributing to bringing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style closer to dignitaries, officials, believers and people. The space is designed to be vivid, combining images and traditional documents with digital technology through QR codes, helping people easily access Uncle Ho's documents, stories, and thoughts in an intuitive and modern form.

This is a project with many meanings, contributing to spreading Ho Chi Minh's cultural values in social life, fostering patriotism, civic responsibility and promoting the strength of great national unity.
