In the vibrant emulation atmosphere of the entire Party, people, and army heading towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, these days, in the Southwest sea of the Fatherland, combat readiness ships (SSCD) of Coast Guard Region 4 Command are still day and night sticking to the sea, firmly at the forefront of the waves. Officers and soldiers are determined to excellently complete all assigned tasks with firm belief towards the Congress.
Deeply aware of the particularly important political significance of the 14th Congress - a milestone opening a new stage of national development, the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise. The Party Committee and the Command of Coast Guard Region 4 have led and directed agencies and units, especially combat readiness ships, to promote political and ideological education, raise awareness and responsibility for officers and soldiers. Each ship is a solid "fortune station" at sea; each officer and soldier is a "partisan at the forefront of the waves", absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the People.
Colonel Nguyen Thai Duong - Deputy Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 4 Command affirmed: "Towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, officers and soldiers of Coast Guard Region 4 Command in general and the combat readiness force in particular are deeply aware of their political responsibility. We determine that maintaining sovereignty, security, order, and safety in the sea areas assigned to manage is the most practical action to welcome the Congress; and at the same time, it is a concretization of the firm belief of officers and soldiers in the Party's leadership".
On the mainland, at agencies and units under the Regional Command, the atmosphere towards the 14th Party Congress is clearly, solemnly and politically richly expressed. Barracks are officially renovated, "bright - green - clean - beautiful"; national flags and Party flags fly brilliantly in front of command headquarters, on internal roads and concentrated living areas. Panoramic panels, posters, banners, and propaganda slogans are arranged scientifically, concise content, affirming the leadership role of the Party, the meaning, stature of the 14th Party Congress and the determination of officers and soldiers of Coast Guard Region 4 Command in performing their duties.
On the ground, in the midst of stormy seas, combat readiness ships strictly maintain the regime of on-duty and combat duty; proactively grasp the situation, promptly detect, prevent, and effectively handle violations of the law. At the same time, strengthen propaganda and dissemination of laws to fishermen, supporting people to feel secure in going out to sea and sticking to the sea. Although living conditions are still difficult and the weather is harsh, the spirit of officers and soldiers is always steadfast, optimistic, united, and highly unified.
