On October 15, information from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Cao Bang province, and on the evening of October 20, at Ho Guom Theater (Hanoi), the art program "Flowers bloom after the rain" will take place with the participation of many famous artists, aiming to raise funds to support people in Cao Bang province to overcome the consequences of storms No. 10 and 11.
The program was directed by the Department of Political Affairs (Ministry of Public Security), Ho Guom Theater in coordination with Bao Linh An Trading and Service Company Limited - Viettimes Media.
All funds raised from ticket sales and sponsorship sources will be transferred directly to people in flooded areas through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang province.

With the theme "mutual love, healthy leaves cover torn leaves", "Flower blooms after rain" is not only an artistic night, but also a journey to connect love, spread the spirit of solidarity and sharing in times of trouble.
Many famous artists will contribute to the show such as Diva Hong Nhung, Meritorious Artist Phuong Anh, Anh Tho, Trong Tan, Quach Mai Thy, Gemma Nguyen, MTV group... contributing to lighting up the belief and hope of people in disaster areas.
In addition to charity activities from artists, the whole country continues to turn to Cao Bang with specific gestures. Recently, on behalf of the Party Committee, government and people of Hai Phong city, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuan - Permanent Vice Chairman of the City Fatherland Front Committee - presented 3 billion VND to support the Cao Bang Provincial Relief Fund.
The Hai Phong City Labor Federation also donated 150 million VND to support union members and workers affected by storms and floods. Previously, Da Nang City also provided financial support to help people in Cao Bang.
As of October 14, the Cao Bang Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has received more than 54 billion VND in support from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals.
