On July 27, Lao Cai Provincial Police said that in the past time, Khanh Hoa Commune Police have proactively stuck to the area, innovated working methods, and promptly resolved arising problems, contributing to building the image of police officers who are close to the people, responsible and dedicated.
On July 25 and 26, commune police officers and soldiers directly went to villages and hamlets to support the elderly, people with meritorious services to the revolution, disabled children and households in difficult circumstances to carry out administrative procedures.
The police force guides people to activate level 2 electronic identification accounts, integrate personal papers, social security information on the VNeID application and support bank account integration for eligible cases.
After two days of implementation, Khanh Hoa Commune Police have supported the activation of 65 level 2 electronic identification accounts, and at the same time helped 5 cases in Dong Co, Dong Tam, Khe Chung and Na Tru villages complete procedures for issuing ID cards and electronic identification accounts. Many other people have also been supported to integrate various types of documents on the VNeID application.
According to Lao Cai Provincial Police, the above activities contribute to improving the efficiency of administrative procedure reform, creating favorable conditions for people to access online public services, and at the same time spreading the image of grassroots police forces close to the people, serving the people.
