In a solemn atmosphere, delegates of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cat Hai special zone, along with armed forces and socio-political organizations in the area respectfully remembered and expressed their deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who bravely fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
The Special Zone also takes biological samples to serve the identification of remains of martyrs whose information has not been identified, responding to the "Operation of 500 days and nights to promote the search, gathering and identification of martyrs' remains" launched by the National Steering Committee. Currently, the Cat Hai Special Zone Martyrs' Cemetery still has 1 martyr's grave whose identity has not been identified. Taking biological samples is an important step to serve DNA testing, contributing to verifying information, returning names to martyrs and meeting the aspirations of relatives after many years of longing to find relatives.
