In recent days, in many villages and hamlets of Hoa Phu commune (Dak Lak province), the model "Digital Village - convenient, transparent" has been implemented to carry out the "digital education in the civil service" movement.
The "Digital Village - tien loi, minh minh" model aims to equip people with basic digital knowledge and skills, helping them use online public services, applying smart utilities in life and production. Thereby, contributing to improving digital literacy and promoting digital transformation in the locality.
Currently, Hoa Phu commune has established 43 "Community Digital Technology" groups in 43 villages and hamlets to support people. The model launch attracted hundreds of people to attend.
After the instructions on how to perform administrative procedures on the phone, people were directly supported and instructed in detail by dozens of officials and civil servants.
After just one training session, many people have confidently participated in the digital environment, initially knowing how to take advantage of technology to serve their work and daily life.

Mr. Do Xuan Hieu - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Phu commune - said: "Digital transformation is not a far-fetched thing but begins with practical things such as submitting administrative procedures by phone, online learning, cashless payment...".
According to Mr. Hieu, to effectively carry out the tasks, the commune has installed a public wifi system, built an electronic news site, provided hotline phone numbers...
In particular, the grassroots cadres will be the ones who "hand the job", directly supporting people, especially those who are not familiar with technology, to carry out administrative procedures.
"Previously, people felt uncomfortable when going to the People's Committee of the commune to complete procedures. Now they do not need to go to the headquarters but can still do it quickly, conveniently and transparently.
People need to go to the government, but now the commune cadres have changed their working style, they have to go to the people, see what the people need to solve" - Mr. Hieu emphasized.
