At the time of the storm, black clouds and strong winds appeared in the two localities above. Seeing strong winds, people ran into houses to take shelter. Some green trees in the area were knocked down by strong winds.
After the storm occurred, local functional forces were mobilized to review damage in the area and support people to overcome it.
In Tho Son commune, thunderstorms blew up the corrugated iron roof of Ms. Thi Ly Na's family. The main roof of Ms. Na's family was blown down to the ground, many household items were damaged, affecting daily life and activities.
After receiving the news, the Military Command of Tho Son commune quickly arrived to support Ms. Na's family in moving property to a safe place, cleaning up the affected area. At the same time, supporting the handling of the damaged roof and implementing necessary measures to limit damage and ensure safety for people and property.
In Phuoc Binh ward, some houses in Long Giang and Son Ha neighborhoods were also blown off roofs and fallen trees by storms. Storms have caused property damage and affected the lives and activities of households in the area.
Currently, the Military Command of Phuoc Binh Ward is statistically assessing damage and supporting people to overcome the consequences, collect materials, dismantle corrugated iron roofs, and support the relocation of belongings to soon stabilize their residence and restore daily life.
