According to the plan, during the peak period from July 23 to 26, functional forces will collect 1,521 DNA biological samples of relatives of martyrs by maternal surname.

According to Lam Dong Provincial Police, each collected DNA biological sample will be added to the national database. Thereby, contributing to improving the effectiveness of identifying the names of martyrs who have not been identified, meeting the aspirations of relatives and families.

Representatives of Lam Dong Provincial Police said that the collection of DNA biological samples is not only an important political task but also shows responsibility and gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
