Not only is it a channel to receive opinions and recommendations from the people, grassroots dialogue models are an important bridge contributing to consolidating the great national unity bloc, promoting democracy at the grassroots level and building trust between people and Party committees and authorities.
Recently, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Duc Nhuan ward coordinated with the Vietnam Women's Union of the ward to organize the "Month of Listening to the People" conference according to the weekend coffee model with the theme "Women's Union members of Duc Nhuan ward with fire prevention and fighting, electrical safety in families and residential areas". In an open atmosphere, delegates, women's union members and people focused on exchanging many practical contents related to fire prevention and fighting.

Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Duc Nhuan Ward Le Phu Cuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of delegates, women's union members and people in participating in contributing opinions. At the same time, he requested specialized departments to summarize and fully classify the proposed contents to transfer to the Ward People's Committee, Ward Police and related units for consideration and resolution according to their authority; issues beyond their authority are summarized and proposed to competent authorities for consideration.
Through the weekend coffee model, many valid opinions from people have been recorded, promptly connected with functional agencies to answer and handle. This is also proof of the role of the Fatherland Front in gathering and reflecting the thoughts and legitimate aspirations of the people, contributing to building safe, civilized, and meaningful residential areas.
Previously, in Binh Thanh ward, the conference "Month of Listening to the People" with the theme "Urban Management - Environmental Sanitation in Residential Areas, Apartment Buildings, Boarding Houses" combined with the "Great Solidarity Morning Coffee" model also attracted a large number of people to participate. Many people's livelihood issues were frankly reflected, from environmental sanitation, apartment building management to solutions to improve the quality of life in residential areas.

According to Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Thanh Ward Hoang Mai Quynh Hoa, the implementation of "Month of Listening to the People" through the "Great Unity Morning Coffee" model helps the Front become closer to the people, closer to the people, and become an effective bridge for the government to listen to and promptly resolve issues of concern to the people.
Identifying the people as the center, the subject of development, putting the interests of the people first, from there, the Front will be trusted and loved by the people and truly promote its role.
