The Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee has just organized a professional training conference on digitizing dossiers, creating party member data and building electronic party member dossiers. The conference was organized in a direct combined online form, connecting to 99 communes, wards and party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, with the participation of 1,669 delegates, according to the Lao Cai Provincial e-Portal.
The conference was implemented to implement the Central Government's policy on promoting digital transformation in Party agencies and Plan No. 36-KH/BTCTU dated July 18, 2026 of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Ngo Huu Quy, Deputy Head of the Organization Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee affirmed that digitizing party member records and building electronic party member records is a key task in the digital transformation roadmap of Party agencies, contributing to modernizing party member management work, improving the quality and efficiency of Party building organization work.
Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee Ngo Huu Quy requested delegates to promote the spirit of responsibility, focus on researching and grasping the contents guided; proactively exchange and remove difficulties and obstacles to unify implementation methods. After the conference, agencies, units, and localities urgently implemented dossier digitization, created data and built electronic party member dossiers in accordance with procedures, ensuring completeness, accuracy, synchronization, on schedule and information security.
At the conference, lecturers guided the goals and roadmap for deploying electronic Party member records; the process of digitizing records; methods of creating, updating, standardizing and managing data on the software system; guided the scanning and storage of electronic documents and disseminated requirements on ensuring information safety and security.
Through the training program, the team of officials working in Party building organization throughout the province is equipped with knowledge, skills and professional skills to effectively implement the digitization of party member records, contributing to standardizing the database, improving management efficiency, reducing administrative procedures and promoting digital transformation in the Provincial Party Committee.
