Local leaders hope that students will make efforts to arrange time, fully participate in classes, and strictly comply with class regulations to achieve good results.

For the teaching staff, the requirement is to innovate teaching methods in a flexible, easy-to-understand direction, suitable to the characteristics of learners who are ethnic minorities.

In addition to conveying basic knowledge, teachers need to integrate content to propagate the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State; guide production skills, labor experience, and preserve national cultural identity.

The class lasts for more than 9 months, with 51 students mainly aged 30 to 55. These are people who have never been to school or have been to school but dropped out, leading to re-literacy.

During the learning period, students will be equipped with basic skills such as listening, speaking, reading, writing and performing some simple calculations, equivalent to the level from grade 1 to grade 3.

After completing phase 1, students will continue to study phase 2 with knowledge equivalent to grades 4 and 5.

At the same time, the class is also a propaganda channel to help people better understand the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and local regulations.

The organization of literacy classes in Xuan Hoa commune is of practical significance, contributing to improving people's knowledge and improving the quality of life for people in ethnic minority areas.

From the first letters, learners not only know how to read and write but also have more opportunities to access knowledge, confidently participate in socio-economic activities, and gradually rise out of poverty sustainably.
