The prestigious delegation of Tuyen Quang province learned from experience in Phu Tho, Son La, Dien Bien, and absorbed many economic development models to spread to grassroots levels.

From July 24 - 29, a delegation of prestigious people in ethnic minorities in Tuyen Quang province led by Ms. Hoang Thi Tham - Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions - studied and exchanged experiences in Phu Tho, Son La and Dien Bien.

Before the working trip, the delegation offered incense at the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh in Tuyen Quang, expressing gratitude to Uncle Ho and determination to continue to study and follow his ideology, morality, and style.

On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), the delegation offered incense at the National Special Relic Son La Prison, Dien Bien Phu Battlefield Martyrs Temple, National Martyrs' Cemetery A1 and many "red addresses", contributing to educating patriotic traditions and fostering the spirit of national unity.

The highlight of the trip is visiting economic development models in Son La. In Moc Son ward, delegates learned about VietGAP vegetable production areas, automatic irrigation systems, modern farming processes and commodity-oriented fruit tree production areas. Delegate Dam Thi Ngoan, a reputable person in Tan Quang commune, said that the trip helped her gain more experience to propagate people to boldly innovate production thinking.

The delegation also visited the dairy cow farming model of Mr. Ninh Van Bat's family in Van Son ward. From a small scale, the family has developed a herd of more than 70 cows thanks to methodical investment, proactive food sources and product consumption linkages. Mr. Gian Chan Si, a reputable person in Thuan Hoa commune, assessed that these are practical experiences to apply to the actual conditions of the locality.

In the program, the delegation worked with the Departments of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Phu Tho, Son La, and Dien Bien provinces to exchange experiences in implementing ethnic policies, promote the role of prestigious people and consolidate the great national unity bloc.

Currently, Tuyen Quang province has 46 ethnic groups, more than 1.3 million ethnic minorities, accounting for 73.5% of the population. The team of prestigious people continues to play a core role in propagating the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State; mobilizing people to develop the economy, preserve cultural identity and build a new life.
