The Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee also emphasized that 2025 is the year to focus on implementing the restructuring of the apparatus "Refined - Lean - Strong - Effective - Efficient - Effective"; Focusing on good conditions to successfully organize Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau said that since the last months of 2024, provincial leaders have directed to focus on developing a socio-economic development scenario plan with many specific and important goals.
