On the morning of June 19, the Steering Committee for Prevention and Combat of Crime, Social Evils and Building the All-People Movement to Protect National Security of Phuc Khanh commune organized a launching ceremony for the "Three Management Boards in Tong Vuong Village" model in maintaining a drug-free area.

Tong Vuong village currently has 106 households with 419 people. To date, 100% of households in the village have signed commitments to implement the criteria for building a drug-free commune.
The "Three Management" model focuses on three contents including time management, vehicle management and relationship management of cases at risk of violating drug laws.

Phuc Khanh Commune Police have proactively advised the Commune People's Committee to issue decisions recognizing the model, establish an operating board and develop operating regulations suitable to the local reality.
According to regulations, the model has the task of coordinating propaganda and mobilizing people to comply with the law, participate in detecting and denouncing crimes; firmly grasp the local situation, manage addicts, illegal drug users and participate in ensuring security and order at the grassroots level.

At the ceremony, Tong Vuong village and Phuc Khanh Commune Police signed a commitment to implement the criteria of maintaining a drug-free area, striving to prevent the emergence of drug hotspots and complex spots, and maintain a safe and healthy living environment for the people.
The launch of the model continues to promote the role of grassroots police forces and the strength of the entire people in preventing and combating crime and drug evils, contributing to maintaining security and order in the area.
